I was skeptical of the Shake Weight design but this adjustable set actually works. The weight goes from 22 to 66 lbs via a dial mechanism. The rubber handle is comfortable. However the weight increments are not linear and the mechanism feels a bit clunky. At $51.74 it's affordable but the max 66 lbs might not be enough for leg exercises. Good for compact home gyms though.
