Our take
I was intrigued by the 5-in-1 versatility of this set. It's clever how the components can be reconfigured for different exercises. The build quality is decent for the price, though the cement-filled plates feel a bit cheap. The safety locking nuts are a nice touch to prevent plates from shifting. However, the maximum weight of 22.5 lbs per dumbbell is limiting for anyone beyond beginner level. The plastic parts like the push-up stands feel less durable. For $140.39, it's a good space-saving option for light workouts, but serious lifters will outgrow it quickly.
