Our take
I got this preacher curl bench to isolate my biceps. The pad is thick and comfortable, and the adjustments are solid. It holds up well even with heavier weights. However the seat is not included so you'll need a separate bench or chair. The 550 lb capacity is overkill for curls but reassuring. Assembly took a while but instructions were clear. For $70.19 it's a good specialized bench if you have the extra gear.
